In Arkansas Real Estate transactions, a vast majority of the time the commissions paid to Realtors come from the listing fee paid by the seller. Usually, there is no added fee to buyers to be represented. This does not mean our services are "free" it just means the fee comes out of the money the buyer pays the seller for the property. 

What about Unrepresented Sellers?

Most commonly called "FSBO" Unrepresented Sellers are any sellers that are choosing to sell their house without the help of a Real Estate Agent. (This also applies to Builders of New Construction too) Most of the time they are willing to compensate Buyer's agents but sometimes they wont. In any case, I will help navigate any situation to make sure you have the very best representation at as little of cost as possible.
